Two of the three teams that selected a losing team in the Survivor Pool last week should be eligible to select a side game prize at the end of the year. Since one team will be left out, I looked at the tie breakers and I see the first two state:
1. Team with the least amount of losses (i.e., 0 to 1)
2. Team that lasted the longest without incurring their first loss
When you say "losses," do you mean losses in the regular head-to-head matchups? Or, do you mean selecting a losing team in the Survivor Pool?

We do need an answer to the above. From my take it is selecting a losing team in the pool. Which means there is a tie.
Basically from what I can tell:
2 teams still in it: Bam Bam and Demolition. They have 1 and 2 locked up.
Then there is a tie for 3rd and 4th: Beefcake and Steamboat. We then have to go to tie breaker #3 (team with the least VP's) in order to break the tie. Therefore Beefcake gets #3 and Steamboat #4.
Is this correct?

Beefcake is correct, with the exception that its the team with the least VPs at the end of the year, therefore, technically Beefcake has yet to lock up #3.

I know you're just busting my balls, but I did set a lineup. It didn't take. I set it via the MFL app because I was out at a pumpkin farm before the games that weekend. But I absolutely 100% did set my lineup. I should have checked the site after I set up, but I just assumed it worked. I didn't want to make a big deal out of it, but if you ask me a $50 penalty for a first offense is waaaaay too harsh. One warning in a calendar yearly would be the way to go, before you start penalizing people a bazillion dollars.
