All teams have their abilities activated so you may make your own IR, TS and drop transactions.
It is not required that you post your IR and TS transactions, however, you MUST post all drops for any player not designated a FA by MFL.
We don't want any mischief going on with teams releasing players on contracts to avoid the buyout, either by accident or on purpose. Therefore, if you release any player under contract that is NOT a FA at the time of the drop, you must make a post in your locker room. Failure to do so will result in a penalty of 50 PD's for each player dropped under contract. The extent of the penalty is meant to deter the risk/reward of saving a few PDs.
I don't see this as an issue, just trying to be proactive in making sure its not.
