Please remember that teams are only required to participate in the draft until round 30 per section P.1(h). I suspect most teams will stop around round 35. Reason being, that you need to remember you have rookie picks as well and everyone you draft needs to be given at least a 1 year contract so you cannot drop them free of charge unless one of the exceptions is section M applies. If you have too many players your contracts will be very thin across the board. So if you are unsure if you will still be drafting in round say 36 and someone offers you a round 36 draft pick, make sure you are not giving away something that has value for a pick you will literally not use. In other words, be careful when trade for picks beyond round 30 and particularly after round 35.
