C.1 Yearly League Calendar
The New Season Officially begins on February 20th of each year.
This Schedule is updated periodically based on the NFL's schedule and MFL maintenance and is the "go to" in case dates within certain rules create a conflict. If you see a conflict please make it known to the Management, so it can be cleared up.
January
1st - No Movement Period from Week 16 to February 20th.
February
1st - Team Entry Fees are Due by 11:59 pm Eastern
20th - New Season begins
20th - 300 PD stipend given to each Team
20th - 1 yr will be removed from all roster players
20th - IR players will be activated
21st - Trading opens on the new season
21st - Buying out of contracts permitted
March
20th - Tags and Extension must be declared
24th - Practice Squad Poaching Begins
24th - RFAA Begins, Ends April 7th
May
Rookie Draft - 2nd Monday after the NFL draft is completed
14th - Practice Squad Poaching Ends (always same day as the Rookie Draft begins)
June
1st - UFAA begins
18th - Nominations for the UFAA ends
July
First Wednesday in July - Blind Bid Waivers Process and Runs Every Wednesday until the start of the season.
August
1st-15th - Contract Assignment
16th - Practice Squad Poaching Begins
September
Week 1 - PS Demotion Deadline
October
In-Season
November
Trade Deadline - Prior to start of Thursday's Week 11 game @ 8:25PM EST
December
Week 16 - Practice Squad Poaching Ends
