Effective Immediately a valid practice squad bid must include the Team Name that currently possesses the player in the Subject line of the new thread.
I am not sure if this will be enough of a solution to satisfy all parties, but I think its something we can implement immediately that will help. This way if you get the notification email you will see your team name associated with a practice squad bid.
For Example: Bid for Sam Hubbard - Hulkamania

Does the claiming team have to send a trade offer after posting on board? I think that would help as most of us get those notifications, but maybe not the 3rd party forum notifications.

I was planning on leaving that discussion after the season. I think some are for it, but others may be against it. I think the minor change I made is appropriate and probably should have been there all along.

I'm actually against sending the trade offer with the bid it takes the fun out of it and the need to be active and pay attention to the emails, at first I saw the point but after I successfully poached Kyzir White from Todd I think it should stay as is. Pierce tried poaching Sam Hubbard from me I was active paid attention and voided the bid. I'm not saying Todd is inactive by any means he's definitely one of the if not the most active owner in every league I'm in with him. But in the recent case of Jason losing Fred Warner he told me in text be doesn't pay attention to WDF in my opinion if you dont pay attention to deserve to be poached.

This is why i didn't implement the trade offer as a requirement. I think its something we need to discuss in the off-season. The slight change I made I think is fair and honestly probably should have been that way from the start.
