This is pretty bullshit. I never received a new message board topic email, but I received a trade email. This whole TS bid process sucks. Why are teams allowdo d to bid on players without sending an actual trade? Basically half the battle is trying to sneak through a bid where the other team doesn’t know about it, on a system (pro boards) that isn’t even part of the league (MFL). Teams should be forced to make a post and then send an offer that teams can actually see. This is pretty fucking shitty.

I got the email as soon as he posted the taxi bid I was about to poach him myself right before i got the email. I will say it does get cluttered having 1 email with 10 posts from gangland and wdf mixed together having to read each email. There has to be a better way of posting taxi bids I would think.

You received a trade email through MFL because the trade occurs through the MFL system. You didn't received a new message board topic email through MFL because we don't use the MFL message board. If you setup your forum notifications you would have received an email. I posted in the business boardroom, very specific directions to everyone how to setup your forum notifications so you don't miss out on important information such as this. It's also easy to miss an email when you're in many leagues receiving a lot of emails. I have turned off many notification options so Im not spammed as much. With that said, I'm happy to discuss a change to the process next off-season, such as having to send a trade offer to the team as you suggested.

With snipers around you always have to check and definitely have to make sure all your notifications are turned on. Matt will clip me repeatedly if I give him the chance. It is also part of the fun of the league....sniping and being sniped. so enjoy this one and know you owe Undertaker a ball shot back now. Matt made me promote damn near my whole taxi squad last season and I'm always looking to get even there lol.

I also agree we could fix this and I think sending the trade proposal could be a solution. I know I go back and forth between alerting the other owner and sniping them. I'm not sure how everyone else feels about this but we can discuss more
