Below is copied from last season's thread, but I just want to remind everyone to be conscious when they make their drops. I receive e-mails for each drop you guys make. Believe it or not I do check to see if that player is a FA, so make sure if you are dropping anyone not designated as a FA that you are posting in your locker room within the time frame.
It is not required that you post your IR and TS transactions, however, you MUST post all drops for any player not designated a FA by MFL.
We don't want any mischief going on with teams releasing players on contracts to avoid the buyout, either by accident or on purpose. Therefore, if you release any player under contract that is NOT a FA at the time of the drop, you must make a post in your locker room announcing said drop within 24 hours. Failure to do so will result in a penalty of 50 PD's for each occurrence. The extent of the penalty is meant to deter the reward of saving a few PDs by trying to cheat the system.
