Please make sure you read Section O.2 of the constitution.
UFAA REMINDERS:
1.) When the UFAA starts we are in Stage 1 and you can only have 2 nominated players at one time on the auction board. After one of your nominations are won by any owner you may nominate another. This is a self regulating rule that will be overseen by Management. If you nominate too many players a warning will be given, if it continues a penalty of 15 GBs will be assessed.
2.) The deadline to nominate players is June 25th. Auctions may leak over, but no new ones will begin.
3.) DO NOT BID ON A COPY OF A PLAYER YOU ALREADY OWN. Penalties for this infraction will be enforced without exception.
4.) DO NOT BID MORE PD's THEN YOU POSSESS. Penalties for this infraction will be enforced without exception.
5.) To view the auction board, nominate a player or make a bid go to "For Owners>Auction Bid."
When you bid up a player you already own it is an illegal bid, but the system allows you to do it. You'll know if you did it because it will then not allow you to bid anymore until the error is cleared. I cannot revert the timer to the previous spot so I have to delete the auction, and start it again with the previous highest bidder. The problem is I can not set the timer where it was before and therefore it ill default to the 24 hours. So if you bid on a player you already own with 4 hours remaining on the player, the owner who might have had the player in 4 hours now has to wait another 24 hours. This isn't fair. You need to review your team and be more careful placing bids. I hate doing this stuff, but in effort to deter people from making this mistake, from this point forward the following penalties will apply to teams who mess up:
1st Offense: 15 PD's
2nd Offense: 35 PD's
3rd Offense: You will no longer be able to place bids for the remainder of the UFAA.
Please don't mess up, Thanks!
