I believe I've posted this before, but as a reminder since I'm doing it in other leagues, here is step by step instructions to setup your proboard notifications without being spammed for unwanted posts such as other people's Locker room posts:
1.) Go to Profile>Edit Profile>Notifications use Drop down menu under the "Email" column, set to "instant" for New Thread and New Post.
2.) Then, go to the bottom and click "+add board". Select "Team Locker Rooms" and using the drop down menu under "Email" select never for all options.
3.) Repeat this set for each board you wish NOT to receive email notifications for. Such boards would likely include: Team Locker Rooms, Constitution, Bank, Turnbuckle, and Archives.
This will ensure you are kept up to date for all League Business, RFAA and Practice Squad bidding without receiving unnecessary emails.
