Jauan Jennings was added after contracts were assigned. Therefore, he would be considered a phase two contract assignment addition. Phase two contracts can be given any length of contract within 48 hours of pickup, or otherwise they are assigned a one year deal. Jennings was added August 5 and your request was dated August 15. Thus, he gets a 1 year contract. He can be demoted however and you now have TS rights so feel free to do so.

I sent the following email last Tuesday, please adjust or I will need to do it for you, thanks.
You're currently at 122 contract years with Tutu and Jefferson on your TS. They are a combined 8 years. You can't move them to the TS prior to contract assignment, meaning their years combined with the rest of your active roster must be at 125 or less. Adding 8 to 122 puts you at 130 years prior to their demotion. You are five years over the cap. Please make a new post reducing 5 years from your contract assignment. e.g. subtract 1 year from Tutu, 2 years from this guy and 2 from this guy or whatever. Please do this in the next 24 hours.
