Those guys are FA's so they are free drops.
Just an FYI - You grabbed LaFell in the UFAA and any player picked up during the offseason need to be give a contract even if they become a FA before you assign them a contract. In this case it won't cost you anything since you have room to assign him a 1 year deal and then immediately release him, but I just wanted to let you know for future reference.

First, Tre Flowers cannot be given a 2 year deal because the season had started.
Second, 5 PD (x3) has been assessed for buying out the contracts of Smallwood, Wallace and Heuerman. Thanks for posting.
